Where I grew up

I was born in South Africa and spent part of my childhood in Cameroon, where my family is originally from. Our journey then took us to Burkina Faso and Madagascar before I eventually settled in Germany.
Every move brought a new language, a new culture and a different way of seeing the world. Along the way, I grew up speaking French, German and English, later adding Spanish and a little Chinese.
Growing up across different cultures taught me to look at things from multiple perspectives. It made me naturally curious about people, their habits and the cultural influences behind their choices.
Today, I bring that same curiosity into marketing. I'm fascinated by how brands position themselves, why certain stories resonate in one market but not another, and how product, consumer and brand identity come together.

On the job, through my studies
I worked in fashion retail the whole time I studied. That is where I learned in the field: what clients expect, and how direct feedback shapes what you make.

Then I moved to Paris to strengthen my digital marketing knowledge and the strategy side of the work.
